Some of Don's Contributions to the Fond du Lac Community:
- $600,000 challenge grant for new olympic ice center
- Financial support to local YMCA
- Initiated the "gift of giving" to Fond du Lac community
- Provided computers for Fond du Lac Area Catholic Education
System
- Funded program to send science students to areas of scientific
importance
- Donated over 100 acres of land to new Fond du Lac High School
