By using high-quality products and services, and working with education leaders as partners, HighWired.com built the largest online international network of high schools. The company was founded in April 1998 as Highwired.Net. Later called HighWired.com, the network grew quickly and included over 12,000 schools in all 50 states and more than 70 foreign countries.
