Mass. - 8/14/2001 - Experience.com Inc., the leading provider
of College Recruiting Relationship Management (CRRM) solutions,
today announced the acquisition of the BrassRing Campus undergraduate
business from BrassRing Inc., a leading provider of corporate
technology recruiting solutions and services and Talent Relationship
Management (TRM) systems. Effective immediately, Experience
will manage and support all of BrassRing's existing undergraduate
university recruiting systems' customers and technology. As
part of the agreement, the two companies will co-market each
others' services and work toward an integration between BrassRing
Systems' award-winning Talent Relationship Management system
and Experience's leading College Recruiting Relationship Management
solution.
Today's
agreement makes Experience the dominant market standard in
the College Recruiting Relationship Management arena. As a
result, Experience will now exclusively provide career center
management solutions to over 650 universities, giving Experience
over 74% market share, according to the firm. Corporate customers
will greatly benefit from this standard with the ability to
now manage all their school and student relationships from
a single point of access, and as a result, dramatically increase
the quality of their hires, reduce cost, and streamline administration.
