Chitra Menon - Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Menon has 20 years of experience in the energy, aerospace, NASA and healthcare industries. Ms. Menon received her M.Sc in Physics from the University of Madras, India and her MBA from the University of Kentucky, Lexington.

Addam Alderete - Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Alderete spent the last three years building and managing the Client Services arm as VP of Altra Energy Technologies, Inc. Alderete has also worked for energy marketing and transportation companies such as Vastar Gas Marketing and Tenneco Gas Pipeline. He received a BS in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.
