Spirit Farms is a division of Spirit Enterprise, LLP. Spirit Farms has operations throughout Fond du Lac County, concentrated primarily in the Oakfield and Waupun regions. Joseph ("Jay") Retzer is Manager of Spirit Farms and has responsibility for all farming operations. Jay, a Fond du Lac native, is highly respected in the farming community. Jay is assisted by long-time Spirit Farms veteran David Kreif. Seasonal labor is added during the growing and  harvest seasons.

Spirit Farms, with over 1,500 acres in Fond du Lac County, is one of the area's largest farming operations. Production includes primarily corn and soybeans. Spirit Farms also offers custom combining and contract hauling services.
