Guy
Miasnik — President & CEO
Guy Miasnik is the President, CEO and co-founder
of AtHoc, Inc. As CEO, Guy is focused on leading
AtHoc to achieve growth in revenue and profitability.
Under Guy’s leadership, AtHoc has established
itself as a leader in the Enterprise Notifications
space, with its products already adopted by blue-chip
clients such as Boeing, Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers
and eBay and by partners such as Microsoft, IBM,
and Reuters Dow Jones Interactive (Factiva).
Guy’s
first entrepreneurial venture was Kinetica Ltd.,
an Israeli-based Internet solutions company, where
Guy served as CEO and co-founder. Guy orchestrated
Kinetica’s growth from a zero-capital start-up
to profitability in less than two years. His tenure
at Kinetica culminated in the sale of the company
to NetVision, Israel’s largest ISP and a
subsidiary of Elron Industries (NASDAQ: ELRN).
A
former Captain in the Israel Defense Force, Guy
served for five years in an elite technological
unit, where he led teams developing and deploying
state-of-the-art communication systems.
Guy
holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS
summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering from
the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology,
and a Law Degree from Tel Aviv University.
Ly
Tran — VP of Business Development
Ly K. Tran is the Vice President of Business Development
and co-founder of AtHoc, Inc. He is responsible
for acquiring and managing key customer accounts
as well as for building commercial relationships
with software partners and resellers.
Prior
to AtHoc, Ly worked in private equity for Citicorp
Capital Asia Ltd. and the Vietnam Fund Ltd. In
this capacity, he led investments in Asia Commercial
Bank, Vietnam’s largest private bank, and
in the Ana Mandara Resort, which Architectural
Digest featured in its November 2001 issue. He
was also an investment banker focusing on international
mergers and acquisitions advisory work for Smith
Barney Inc. and for the Chase Manhattan Bank,
NA in their New York City and Hong Kong offices.
Ly
is a term member in the Council on Foreign Relations,
the publisher of Foreign Affairs. He is a graduate
of Harvard Business School and Princeton University.
Aviv
Siegel — Chief Technology Officer
Aviv Siegel is the CTO and co-founder of AtHoc,
Inc. As CTO, Aviv is responsible for spearheading
all of AtHoc’s product development efforts
as well as overseeing key client implementations.
Aviv brings to AtHoc over sixteen years of experience
in product development and management of engineering
organizations.
Aviv
Siegel was a co-founder of Kinetica and also served
as the company’s Chief Technology Officer.
Aviv was the lead developer of Kinetica’s
WISE methodology for Internet project development,
which is currently being taught and implemented
within the context of major Internet development
projects worldwide.
Aviv
is recognized by industry participants as one
of the leading experts in Internet technology
in Israel. he has worked with numerous private
and governmental institutions in Israel. To date,
he has consulted on issues of Internet security,
electronic commerce, and networking on behalf
of RAFAEL, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and
the Discount Bank, along with several Israeli
brokerage houses, insurance companies, and universities.
Aviv designed and managed the development of an
online insurance sales system for Direct Insurance
Ltd., the first commercial e-commerce system in
Israel. He has also led the development of Analyst—the
first online brokerage system in Israel.
Prior
to Kinetica, Aviv served five years in the Israeli
Defense Force, where he obtained the rank of Captain.
While serving in the Israeli military, Aviv was
responsible for the design and implementation
of classified high-bandwidth communication and
imaging systems.
Aviv
holds a BS cum laude in Electrical Engineering
from the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology.
Neil
Blumenfield—Vice President of Professional
Services
Neil
Blumenfield is AtHoc’s Vice President of
Professional Services. In this capacity, he oversees
client implementations, training and technical
support. Neil also leads AtHoc’s channel
sales strategy, managing System Integrator and
Reseller partners.
Neil
is a 20 year veteran of the software industry
who has a repeat track record of helping companies
rapidly expand their annual revenues through sales,
business development and professional services
initiatives. Neil spent seven years at Informix
Software where he was employee number 12 and four
at Visigenic Software. Both completed successful
IPO’s during Neil’s tenure. His last
two roles were VP, Professional Services positions
at Andromedia, through their acquisition by Macromedia,
and at Banter. In these roles he managed implementations
with customers including Chase Manhattan Bank,
Wells Fargo, Royal Bank of Canada, ABN-AMRO, Britannica.com,
weather.com, Intuit, Verisign and Nintendo.
Neil
holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science
from the University of California, Berkeley. |
